The mission of the Dusti Bongé Art Foundation (DBAF) is to promote the artistic legacy of Modernist artist Dusti Bongé, and her significant contribution to 20th century Art.

Dusti Bongé’s work is increasingly being recognized for its important contribution to Abstract Expressionism.  Like some of her world famous AbEx friends and peers, her extensive oeuvre merits recognition.  The DBAF has been working hard to do make this happen by re-introducing the world to this extraordinary abstract painter.  Hence our stated mission.

The DBAF believes that given Dusti Bongé's exemplary contributions to the most important 20th Century Art movement, she should be part of the canon of Abstract Expressionist painters.
