30th Anniversary Show

In celebration of the Foundation’s 30th Anniversary, we present works from our core collection. The show features important paintings, including six paintings that were shown at the Betty Parsons Gallery in the 1950s and 1960s. In addition there rare several works on paper never before seen.

This exhibit contains carefully selected works that represent the full range of Dusti Bongé’s oeuvre over her six-decade career, from her early, figurative works, to her fantastical surrealist explorations, to her powerful abstract expressionist masterpieces and up to her final years of lyrical abstractions. They showcase the breadth of her creative explorations and her indomitable drive to always experiment with new ideas and methods in her art.

The DBAF is proud to present this 30th Anniversary Show, as it offers testament to the great strides we have made in promoting Dusti Bongé's legacy.
