Starting in the late 1930s, Dusti Bongé began exhibiting her work in galleries across the country. New York, Houston, Pensacola, Boston, Cuba, Jackson MS, were just some of the places where she had her work in both group and solo exhibitions. Her work also appeared in several museum exhibits, such as the Whitney Museum, Beaumont Museum of Art, Dallas Museum of Fine Art and on.
After her passing she has been featured in museum shows ranging from the National Museum of Women in the Arts, to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Mississippi Museum of Art, and Walter Anderson Museum of Art. Meanwhile, the Foundation always has a small exhibit of Dusti Bongé’s work. |
